Joshua is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of business ownership experience. Having successfully built and managed an insurance agency operating across 28 states, he brings exceptional executive leadership and strategic foresight to the company. Joshua spearheads our commercial projects, cultivates vital business relationships, and utilizes his top-tier negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers, ensuring we always secure the best value and resources for our clients.
Aaron Richardson
Head of Construction & Field Operations
Aaron is our resident industry expert, bringing 13 years of comprehensive, hands-on experience in the construction field. His vast expertise spans both residential and commercial construction.
